My first job was printing in a black and white dark room where I developed (excuse the pun) my passion for photography. I printed for some of the biggest photographers in the fashion world such as Nick Knight, Albert Watson and Corrine Day, I also processed a roll of film for Eve Arnold once, you don’t know who she is? Google her, she photographed Marylin Monroe loads and was the first female photographer for Magnum
I would love to photograph some of your wedding on film – I’ll handle the process from shooting to developing, any excuse to get back in the darkroom.
I live in Lincoln with my Wife Dagmara, and daughter Ivy.
I love watching live bands and I also love a good festival, I’ve lost count how many times I’ve seen Nick Cave – Palaces of Montezuma and Into My Arms would make a great first dance song by the way!
In my spare time I try and get away down to Cornwall where I pretend to be Ansel Adams, (greatest landscape photographer of all time) lugging my large format camera along the beach and up the cliffs to produce stunning black and white landscapes.
Did I mention I love Arsenal too.
Anyway I’d love to hear from you and start chatting about your wedding, especially if it’s in Cornwall or a festival type wedding and you are having Nick Cave on your wedding playlist. We can meet at an Arsenal game.
